Description

Cook together, relax and enjoy yourselves with a breathtaking view of Ossiachersee and the mountains. It is at 450 metres above Ossiachersee, on a south-facign slope, with sunshine the whole day, very close to the lake and the ski resort, and two hours from the sea. On the ground floor there is a large 100m² terrace with a dining table for 12 people, facing south with a fabulous view of the lake, as well as a large terrace with a dining space for 8 people facing south-west with a view of the lake with the wonderful evening sun. There are two further terraces facing south-east, as well as a children’s playground and a playing corner with toys. There is a generous outdoor area with two grills, garden furniture and play equipment. The wellness and fitness area includes a sauna, fitness equipment, a shower and wellness loungers. It is a luxurious and well-equipped holiday house with 300m² of space, in a top location for an unforgettabl holiday for up to 12 people. It comprises five bedrooms with a double bed, a bedroom with a pull-out bed (double bed), three bathrooms, four WCs, a large hallway, plenty of storage space, two generous and fully-equipped kitchens with a large induction hob, an oven, a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, smoothie maker, WMF cookware, high-quality cooking and eating utensils, a wood-burning stove. There is a washing machine on each floor. Each floor has a spacious living and dining room with a bar. It is situated amidst a biking and hiking paradise. There are routes right in front of the house. It is 10 minutes to Ossiachersee for swimming, going on a bike circuit around the lake, and a range of recreational activities. It is 15 minutes to the cable car up Geritzen and 25 minutes to Villach. It is an hour to the top ski resorts such as Nassfeld, Kranjska Gora, Bad Kleinkirchheim etc. and two hours to the sea. On each floor there is a wine cupboard, stocked on request with some suggestions. A Nespresso machine with capsules is available, or you can bring your own capsules. The accommodation is equipped with five LED Full HD TVs that are Internet-enables, Apple TV and Apple Airplay, a BOSE surround sound stereo system on each floor, high-speed wireless Internet access in all roms and on the terraces, energy-efficient LED lighting throughout with pleasant light colours, environmentally friendly pellets underfloor heating that can be regulated in each room, a wood-burning stove in the kitchen with a glass front for romantic warmth, and a fireplace stove on the ground floor.
