The detached wooden holiday home offers two separate, fully furnished and modern holiday apartments on 2 floors. This 45m² apartment can accommodate a maximum of 3 people and is located on the upper floor and has a large bedroom, a bathroom, a spacious living and dining room with a sofa bed and a modern, open and fully equipped kitchen. Outside there is a spacious, large fenced terrace with a south-east orientation with a view of the horse paddocks, as well as a breathtaking view of the Klagenfurt Basin and the Karawanken mountain range. The state capital Klagenfurt, the famous Wörthersee and Italy are only 30 minutes away by car. The Simonhöhe, a hiking and biking paradise and in winter the nearest ski area with 15 kilometers of slopes and 7 lifts, can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Other well-known ski areas such as the Bad Kleinkirchheim ski area with 103 kilometers of slopes and the Gerlitzen Alpe ski area with 52 kilometers of fully snow-covered slopes can also be easily reached in about 1 hour by car. In summer, the Kraigersee in Frauenstein, the Urbansee in Sankt Urban, the idyllic Goggausee in Steuerberg or the Längensee in Sankt Georgen offer lots of swimming fun!
