On the upper floor there are 3 more bedrooms and a toilet with a vanity. The holiday home also offers a large, beautiful terrace and a garden with garden furniture. The state capital Klagenfurt, the famous Wörthersee and Italy are only 30 minutes away by car. The Simonhöhe, a hiking and biking paradise and in winter the nearest ski area with 15 kilometers of slopes and 7 lifts, can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Other well-known ski areas such as the Bad Kleinkirchheim ski area with 103 kilometers of slopes and the Gerlitzen Alpe ski area with 52 kilometers of fully snow-covered slopes can also be easily reached in about 1 hour by car. In summer, the Kraigersee in Frauenstein, the Urbansee in Sankt Urban, the idyllic Goggausee in Steuerberg or the Längensee in Sankt Georgen offer lots of swimming fun!
