This holiday apartment for a maximum of 8 people is located on the ground floor of a holiday home in Sankt Margarethen / Lungau in Salzburgerland, the valley town of the top ski region Katschberg, and just a few minutes' walk from the slopes and ski school. The holiday apartment has a cozy living room with a sofa bed, a modern fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, an extra separate shower, an outdoor terrace, garden and a ski storage room. Parking is available directly at the holiday home. In Sankt Margarethen im Lungau there is in particular the Skischaukel Aineck-Katschberg ski area with 70 kilometers of slopes and 16 lifts. In total, with the neighboring ski areas Grosseck - Speiereck, the Fanningberg family adventure mountain and the Obertauern ski area, a further 250 kilometers of slopes are available throughout the entire area. Nestled between the local mountain Aineck and the Grainwald, St. Margarethen im Lungau is an ideal starting point for numerous activities in Salzburg's Lungau in summer. There are around 60 mountain lakes in Salzburg's Lungau, such as the Prebersee or the Schlierersee, the Lungau/Katschberg golf club is in the immediate vicinity of the town center and for swimming fun you can enjoy the St. Margarethen bathing pond, the St. Michael outdoor pool or the bathing island available in Tamsweg. Sankt Margarethen im Lungau is about 30 minutes by car from Millstätter See and 45 minutes from Weissensee. The province is known for its castles, its folklore, the 370 km long cycle path, the "Mur cycle path" and its national parks.
