House:
An old railway station in Beauraing Ardennes was converted into a holiday home for 9 people with 5 bedrooms, 2 of which are ensuites with bathrooms. There is both a barbeque and a plancha grill for a gala evening with loved ones. The village is great for walks and bike rides. The village has a bakery, a butcher, a grocery store, and a pharmacy. The town centre of Pondrôme is only 100 m away and the river is 400 m away. You can eat at several restaurants in Pondrôme and buy your daily supplies as well. The home has a well-equipped kitchen and a large furnished garden. Parking facility is available and the owner will provide you with a high chair and cot, as the property is child-friendly. A washing machine is also at your disposal. Brussels South Charleroi Airport is 90 km away. Some trains still come to Beauraing, but Houyet is another station 13 km away. There are multiple bus stations in Beauraing so you can use public transport easily.

Tips from owner:
The station is on a line still active: so there are trains that pass all day, just next door. We have isolated the building, and we get used quickly. But you have to know it: do not rent the house if it's likely to bother you.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
