Object is located in a small and quiet village called Arbanija which is very well connected with historic Trogir city via taxi boat lines and buses. It is an ideal summer resort for families, providing our guests with privacy and possibility of visiting secluded beaches and isolated bays nearby, while still being in the vicinity of historical cities such as Trogir, Split or Šibenik with UNESCO protected landmarks. This large complex consists of ground floor and 3 floors with 67 apartment units consisting of one bedroom apartments Moreno I. and two bedroom apartments Moreno II. (4 apartments Moreno I. Standard, 20 apartments Moreno II. Standard, 12 apartments Moreno I. Deluxe, 6 apartments Moreno II. Deluxe, 18 apartments Moreno I. Superior, 3 apartments Moreno II. Superior, 3 apartments Moreno II. Superior Gallery and 1 apartment Moreno President). Aparthotel Moreno is located only 50 m from the beautiful pebble beach with a beach bar. Apartment Moreno II. Superior Gallery (3+1) covers the surface of 50 m2. These modernly furnished apartments are located on the 3rd floor and consist of 1 air conditioned bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm) and 1 gallery bedroom with 1 single bed in the high attic; kitchen, air-conditioned living room with dining area and SAT-TV, 1 bathroom with shower, balcony with partial seaview equipped with seating furniture and Wi-Fi. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. Five people in the apartment are only possible if the fifth person is a child under 12 years old. Apartments Moreno are part of a large beachfront aparthotel complex with reception, restaurant, laundry service, pharmacy and grocery shop on the property. Guests are welcome to use the laundry service and the restaurant with breakfast options. Guests of all Superior apartments have access to the large outdoor shared pool (14 x 7 m) with sunloungers, as well as wellness area with gym, sauna and a jacuzzi, which are included in the rental price. The property offers parking, free of charge. Covered parking is available on request and with extra charge. Baby cot, high chair and coffee maker are available on request. Laundry service is available with extra charge. Breakfast options in the restaurant are available with previous request and extra charge. The property offers rental bicycles. Safe is available at the reception.
