Description
You can enjoy the purity of the transparent azure sea that is just 30 m away. On that place there is a little pier and entrance to the sea. Or, you can enjoy several local pebble beaches within 100 to 200 m from the house. Grebastica is a tranquil settlement particularly suitable for family vacations and ideal for an escape from the city bustle, located in a deep bay with crystal-clear sea surrounded by a pine forest, between Sibenik and Primosten. Beside the tourism, the traditional occupations of the local people remained preserved: growing of olives, figs, grapevine, cattle-breeding and fishing. The centre of the Grebastica is about 150 m and offers pizzeria, a few restaurants, bakery, pastry, supermarket and little open market with some local products.The most significant historical monument of this area is definitely a very well preserved defensive wall built in 1497 called “Bedem”, something that is worth seeing indeed. You can also visit the old church Sts. Petar and Marija and particularly appreciated natural spring known as “Kanela”. Or, you can just walk along the sea promenade and enjoy on your own.
This penthouse apartment is 60 m2 in size plus 40 m2 of terrace with the amazing sea view. There are 3 bedrooms (1st: king size bed, 2nd: bunk beds, 3rd: king size bed). There is a couch in living room with the Smart TV (free access to Netflix and HBO Plus).
The terrace is covered and equipped with garden furniture and a garden lounger. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children and your pets. All the guests are free to use outdoor grill, external shower, parking place (1-2), Wi-Fi Internet......
A cot is available on request, free of charge. Free air conditioning (located in the dining room, directed towards the bedrooms). Free Wi-Fi Internet available!
There are many other historical places that can be visited during your stay in Grebastica, where you can also feel a magical beauty of nature, such as: Primosten (only 15 min); Sibenik (only 20min), Vodice (30 min), Skradin (30 min), Trogir (50 min), Knin (1 h), Split (1 h), Zadar (1 h) or you can reach Dubrovnik (4 h). The Šibenik-Knin County is the region with the best intended coast in the Adriatic, whose archipelago today counts 249 islands, islets, cliffs and reefs. So it would be very interesting to visit some of them like island of Krapanj (famous for its sea sponges), island of Zlarin (famous for its corals)…. Must-see natural attractions: the breathtaking amazing national parks - Slapovi Krke/Waterfalls Krka (50min) and pearls of the Adriatic sea - Kornati islands (30min to the point of the ship departure), or, if you are willing to travel a bit further (2,5 h) - Plitvicka jezera/Plitvice Lakes National Park, protected by UNESCO since 1979. It is definitely to recommend trying tasty Croatian cuisine and excellent Croatian wines. We are sure you will find among many possibilities - your personal way to explore, enjoy and to remember!
