Description

This apartment is in a quiet residential district on the outskirts of Kaštel Sucurac. Owing to the elevated location, you can enjoy a great view of the surroundings, the sea and the islands. This apartment has two balconies, but you can also spend time in the garden belonging to the apartment building. There is a grill area. Each apartment has its own parking space. The owner lives in the same building. This house has two other apartments. The apartment is suitable for a larger family, as it can accommodate up to ten people. It measures a spacious 150m² and comprises four bedrooms, with a total of two double beds (200 x 160cm) and five single beds (90 x 200cm). There are also three double sofa beds (160 x 200cm). The bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, as well as a washing machine. It is about a kilometre to the seaside. There are cafés, restaurants and shops in Kaštel Sucurac, which is about 800 metres away.
