The property is located on the western side of the island of Ciovo, in the village of Okrug Gornji. The island is connected to the famous UNESCO-listed Trogir town (only 5 km away) and on to the mainland by a bridge. The accommodation comfortably fits 6 people, so it is ideal for families or friends sharing a holiday. It consists of two floors, connected by an internal staircase. Three bedrooms and a bathroom are located upstairs. The accommodation is within a short walking distance to the next beach, while the next pebble beach is within a short driving distance. Supermarket and restaurant are a few minutes' walk from the house. Bakery, butcher, post office, cash machine as well as a selection of coffee shops and restaurants are located in the center of the village, approx. 5 min drive away. Another bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living/dining room are downstairs. The sea view terrace with coffee table is a lovely addition to the upper floor, while the lower floor has access from the living room to the terrace with seasonal pool and sunbathing area. With two covered terraces, one with a coffee table near the pool and the other for al fresco dining, it's outdoors for all guests to hang out and relax together.
