Description

Relax with your entire family at this peaceful place to stay. Spend summer afternoons in the private swimming pool, which is shared only with property guests(a total of seven apartments), or enjoy the sun on the private balcony. The interior of the apartment is furnished with charming décor and is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, private parking, and a brand-new kitchen. It features two bedrooms with double beds; one of the bedrooms includes a private bathroom. The property is located just 150 meters from the beach and is a 15-minute drive from Trogir. The property is just 15 minutes from the main beach on the island, where you'll find plenty of restaurants, bars, and water activities. On your way to the centre, you will come across various dining options, as well as a small grocery shop called Gada and Maximarket Tommy. The concrete beach is 150m from the property, and the sea is deep, but for those who are not very good swimmers, there is a shallow beach 200m from the property near Bar Kaktus. The villa is equipped with a solar panel system for electricity and water. Depending on the weather, there may be times when hot water is unavailable. Please note that the Wi-Fi connection can be slow due to the warm climate on the island, which can cause the central signal equipment to overheat. Unfortunately, this is an issue that internet service providers are currently addressing. Toilet paper is provided only for your initial use; you will need to purchase additional supplies for the remainder of your stay. The towels in the apartment are meant strictly for showering and are not intended for use at the beach or pool. While we provide mosquito repellent and a few tablets, guests must buy additional supplies for their entire stay. We advise using mosquito repellent, as mosquito bites can resemble those caused by bed bugs. Rest assured, the mattresses in the apartment are brand new.
