Description
This detached apartment building is very close to the beach, in quiet surroundings, on a road lined with acacia trees, but still close to the centre of Postira 300 metres away.
Although it is an attic apartment, the ceilings are very high (over 3m) and the apartment gives a spacious and open impression.
This light, attractive and newly furnished apartment measures around 50m² and has a pretty bedroom with a French balcony and a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, a dresser and a little child’s bed. Next to it there is a bathroom with a shower, WC and washing machine. The open living room with a fully-equipped kitchen has plenty of daylight and direct access to the adjoining semicircular terrace. The living room-kitchen also has a double sofa bed, a dining table and many cooking appliances. Wi-Fi and a flatscreen satellite TV are available.
The centre with restaurants and supermarkets, as well as the nearest beach, are within a barely five-minute walk.
