Description
This detached apartment building is very close to the beach, in quiet surroundings, on a road lined with acacia trees, but still close to the centre of Postira 300 metres away.
The semicircular terrace/balcony has garden furniture, a parasol and a garden lounger. The apartment building is surrounded by a garden with a grill fireplace for shared use. There is parking space in front of the house.
This light, attractive and newly furnished apartment measures around 50m² and has a pretty bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, a dresser and a romantic little balcony, ideal for breakfast in the morning. Next to it there is a bathroom with a shower, WC and washing machine. The open living room with a fully-equipped kitchen has plenty of daylight and direct access to the adjoining semicircular balcony and the all glazed loggia with a view of the garden. The living room-kitchen also has a double sofa bed, a dining table and many appliances. Wi-Fi and a flatscreen satellite TV are available.
The centre with restaurants and supermarkets, as well as the nearest beach, are within a barely five-minute walk.
