The two roofed terraces and the balcony have garden furniture. The apartment building is surrounded by a garden with a grill fireplace for shared use. There is parking space in front of the house. The 18m² living room features a 1960s style with original furniture from that time (display cabinet, wardrobe, table with chairs, and a lovely pull-out red double sofa bed). The apartment is spacious and occupies the whole first floor of the house (90m²).
