Description

Modern holiday house near the beach, with a garden and a terrace, near Krka National Park This holiday house with a modern interior and a 400m² garden is in the little town of Sevid. It is surrounded by olive trees that exude a Mediterranean flair. It affords a sea view and is right by the beach and the sea with its crystal clear water. It is an ideal holiday residence for a quite seaside holiday with the family. You can barbecue in the garden. The house has a roofed, furnished terrace on the ground floor and two furnished balconies on the first floor, from which you can enjoy a lovely view. There are four parking spaces by the house. An Internet connection is available. Guests who stay two weeks receive a litre of homemade olive oil as a present. A travel cot for a toddler is available free of charge. The beach is just 40 metres away. Opposite the main beach there is a beautiful sandy beach which you can get to on foot or by boat. It is just 50 metres to the supermarket and 100 metres to the nearest restaurant. Nearby there are many uninhabited islands with a wealth of fish around them. It is also worth visiting Krka National Park 25km away.

The 120m² air-conditioned house has two floors and can accommodate ten people. It has two bedrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the first floor. Two have a double bed and the other two each have two single beds. One of the two living rooms has a corner with satellite TV and a sofa bed for two people. The two kitchens have a dining space and are fully-equipped, including a hob, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge. The two modern bathrooms each have a washbasin, shower and WC. The holiday house has a 60m² roofed terrace on the ground floor with garden furniture. On the first floor there are two balconies (20m² and 12m²), from which you can enjoy a great view. You can use the barbecue in the garden.
