Villa is a spectacular beachfront residence located at Ciovo, small island very close to popular and antique city of Split. Villa is brand new, built in 2010. It is elegantly furnished with a combination of modern design and antique furniture for luxury and art lovers. It is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden which provides direct beach access. The villa is designed to follow the sun’s daily course from the sunrise to sunset. It faces the sea and during the day you can choose between spending your time in full sun or in cool shade under the palms. In the garden are a lot of Mediterranean plants such as palms, olives, citrus and a large fountain. There is a plasma TV in each room and a stereo set with CD and DVD player also in the living room. While in the living room, there is a feeling as you are outdoors all the time, due to big spacious balcony which provides you a beautiful and picturesque view of the Mediterranean sea and the beach.
