The property is fenced and therefore ideally suited for children and family vacation. Our estate with a direct view of the Adriatic Sea was built in 2018 in compliance with cutting edge building standards, and it merges together state-of-the-art architecture and elegant luxury. The beach can be reached via a ramp, so that e.g. a stroller or handcart can be taken. The town center with restaurants and supermarkets is approx. 500m away.
