Description
The two holiday apartments are in a quiet area in Assenza di Brenzone, about 250 metres from Lago di Garda.
Each of the two apartments measures 60m² and has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a single bed (80 x 200cm), the other with two single beds (80 x 200cm). The kitchen in the living and dining room has a stove and a mini oven, so you can both cook and bake. There is a fridge with a freezer compartment for storing groceries optimally during your stay. You can start the day well with a cup of coffee made by the coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer, as well as a washing machine. All the rooms have heating. Free wireless Internet access is available.
Each of the two apartments has a 35m² garden, completely enclosed by a conifer hedge about 1.00-1.20 m high. The veranda has garden furniture, so you can sit outside comfortably and enjoy the surroundings. There is also a private parking space, so you can arrive by car.
There are various leisure options, e.g. kite surfing, windsurfing, sailing, trekking, or mountain biking along the paths on Monte Baldo and explore the surroundings. It is 200 metres to the centre with a newspaper kiosk, an ATM, a supermarket, a bus stop, restaurants with typical local dishes, grocery shops, pizzerias and many bars. Fishing enthusiasts can go fishing about 200 metres away.
