Auf einem Hügel oberhalb von Camaiore gelegen, ist Artist's hill eine ruhige Oase mit Blick ins Grüne. Die Wohnung ist voll von Kunst und verfügt über eine 40qm grosse Terrasse mit unverbauter Aussicht und maximaler Privacy. Das Haus, in dem auch ich wohne - zusammen mit meinem Freund, einem Hund und einer Katze - ist rustikal und original. Camaiore liegt 5 Autominuten entfernt, das Meer 15 Minuten, Lucca 25 Minuten und ebenso der Flugplatz von Pisa. 
Der Garten mit Pizzaofen und Barbeque kann minbenutzt werden und in meinen diversen Ateliers gibt es die Möglichkeit, sich selbst kreativ zu betätigen auf Wunsch.
Die apuanischen Alpen in unmittelbarer Nähe laden zu Wanderungen ein und da ich seit 30 Jahren hier lebe stehe ich jederzeit für Tips und Vorschläge zur Verfügung und kenne auch jeden Wanderweg.
Südlich von Viareggio liegen lange Strände in Naturschutzgebiet und die Künstlerstadt Pietrasanta oder die Marmorsteinbrüche von Carrara liegen auch um die Ecke
