The apartment is on 2 levels: from the private entrance on the back of 15 square meters (equipped with table, garden chairs, gazebo, you access the 1st level which consists of an entrance hall, closet, large bathroom with toilet, separate shower and tub, window.
You access the 2nd level via parquet stairs, finding the built-in kitchen complete with all the dishes, dishwasher, fridge and very large freezer with two doors American style, small oven, table 6 chairs, TV, hallway, a double bedroom with wrought iron bed walk-in closet with sliding mirror door and parquet floor.
The entrance overlooks a large free parking lot, in a very quiet area ideal for those who want to relax.
