Cosy apartment with private garden, inside a residential complex with swimming pool, a few steps from the beach and not far from the centre of Lazise.

The apartment, located on the ground floor, opens onto the living room equipped with a dining table and chairs, a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, also fitted with an induction hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, an electric kettle, an American coffee machine and a toaster. From here, guests can access the covered porch, with a dining table and chairs, BBQ and overlooking the private enclosed garden. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, equipped with ample wardrobes and a queen size bed each. A bathroom with shower completes the property. There are also amenities such as free Wi-Fi and underfloor heating and cooling.

*Guests of the apartment can park their car inside the residential complex in the private garage.
Guests have access to 10x15 meters shared pool, coming also with sunbeds and available from 01 May to 30 September. Swimming caps are required.
For a small extra charge, we can provide a baby cot and child seat.

Castelnuovo del Garda, formerly known as "Beneventum", offers attractions of all kinds including monuments and beaches. It is worth visiting in Castelnuovo, the Castle that rises in a dominant position over the town center, where at the center of the second wall stands the Great Visconti Tower. Near the Tower, the Church of Santa Maria is not to be missed, which has kept the beautiful Romanesque bell tower from the 1400s. Thanks to the particularly mild climate even in winter, Castelnuovo offers tourist experiences for all tastes: water sports on the Campanello and Ronchi beaches, a dense network of services for cycling, marathons, sailing and motor boating as well as skiing. water.
