House:
Discover the charm of past times in this typical Tuscan country house near Castiglion Fiorentino. Lots of space on half a hectare of land, wood cooking and the old grain mill make the house the ultimate Tuscan experience for families with children or a group of friends! The house is located just outside of Castiglion Fiorentino, a typical Tuscan village with an almost completely preserved wall. The historical museum houses beautiful archaeological finds from the history of the Val di Chio. Arezzo, which is well worth seeing, is only 22 km north and Lake Trasimeno is also only 30 minutes by car. The kitchen is equipped with all kitchen utensils and a combi oven. The special thing here is the AGA stove which is fired with wood, a real rarity for western tourists! The accommodation is heated with 2 wood stoves and 3 electric stoves. Please note that separated rubbish is collected in rubbish containers at various points in the Val di Chio valley on the main road and that parking next to the loggia is not allowed.
