Description
This is a romantic and charming apartment with a private garden and a pool, on a residential estate in the hills at Lake Garda.
The direct access from the living room leads to the covered terrace with table and chairs, sun awning and garden loungers, as well as to the fenced garden. Two small private gardens, one of which is fenced and therefore ideal for children. The pool is for shared use. You will find free parking in the entrance area.
The lovingly furnished apartment is on the ground floor and has a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed for 2 more people, bathroom, kitchenette, terrace, two small private gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and glasses to enjoy your favorite meals on the terrace or at the dining table in the pleasant lounge. Kitchen herbs, vinegar, oil, salt and sugar, as well as tea and coffee are available. You will also find a microwave, cooker, fridge, kettle, Italian mocha machine, dishwasher and washing machine (detergent available), vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, TV with German channels and free parking. Free WIFI. The romantic bedroom with double bed with direct access to the garden is refreshed by the Tesina stream in the hot summer days. The bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer is also new. Shampoo, hand soap, shower gel are available. Initial equipment of towels and beach towels for the pool, as well as bed linen are provided.
We are situated in the little village Castion, in a top location, just a few minutes‘ drive from the lake and its famous localities and from the fun parks. It is close to the Ca degli Ulivi golf course. It is amidst nature and a starting point for lovely walks, horseback excursions or cycle rides amidst olive groves and vineyards. It is near the most beautiful places at Lake Garda, whilst you can also enjoy the magic and tranquility of the hilly landscape at Lake Garda, away from hustle and bustle. It is a five-minute walk from the apartment to the centre of the village with a minimarket, newspapers, pizzerias, restaurants, bars and tavernas. Wonderfully clear and clean air and the Mediterranean vegetation make it a unique and irresistible place. All kinds of water sports, paragliding, gastronomy and culture are available. It is also an ideal starting point for visiting famous places of interest such as Verona and Mantova.
Wi-Fi access is free. We can provide a children’s bed, bed linen and highchair on request.
