Description

The environment is completely independent, in the whole villa there is only one apartment used for rent, the external services and the Jacuzzi are for their exclusive use. Immersed in the green hills of Veneri "Pescia", the Podere offers you a relaxing, familiar stay, among expanses of olive trees a stone's throw from splendid cities rich in history and art such as Lucca, Pistoia, Pisa, Florence, Siena and famous places such as Montecatini Terme and Monsummano Terme, Montecarlo land of prestigious wines and Collodi seat of the Pinocchio park. The location of the apartment is adjacent to the manor house, with an independent entrance, garden and parking. The apartment, equipped with a color TV, is made up on the ground floor of a living room-kitchen complete with all accessories, and offers the following electrical appliances: electric oven, hob, fridge with freezer, washing machine. On the first floor there is a bathroom with washbasin and sanitary ware with walk-in shower, two bedrooms, one double and one spacious twin. Wi-Fi Internet access is free. The consumption of electricity for the use of the jacuzzi is given by the reading of the independent meter and to be paid locally. During the summer the cost of electricity supply for the air conditioners in the apartment is self contained meter reading payable locally. During the winter the consumption of gas for heating is quantified by reading the meter to be paid directly on site. The bed linen is changed weekly and the bathroom linen every two days. Presence of carbon monoxide and fire detector. Outside we have a covered gazebo with jacuzzi open from the beginning of May to the end of September, the apartment's private garden with barbecue, a space for lunch with a panoramic view.
