This cozy 2-bedroom cottage is in Convalle. It is ideal for small groups of friends or a family and can accommodate 6 guests. It has a fenced garden to enjoy meals and a private terrace to enjoy a platter of barbecue with a glass of wine. The restaurants are 500 m from the cottage if you would like to dine out. You can stock up the essentials from the local grocery store only 2 km away. Enjoy the nightlife in Convalle, the pubs are 15 km from the cottage. In the large kitchen, you can prepare meals of choice. A living room with a double sofa bed and fireplace are in place for you to enjoy some valuable time together. This cottage offers children?s bed and high chair on request for the little ones. A maximum of 3 pets is allowed on the property. The nearest airport is only 40 km from the stay. You can check-in to the home between 3-6 PM and the check-out can be done between 9-10 AM. Please note that the road leading to the holiday home is currently decommissioned and is taking time to be rehabilitated. To reach holiday home, the only possibility is through the locality and the public car park facility which is just 200 m away from the house.

Lunigiana is a natural setting, rich in history and tradition. Moreover, it is situated in a strategic position, as it is close to art heritage cities, sea, and mountains. For history enthusiasts, it is possible to visit the several ancient villages and castles, the statue menhir museum (ancient prehistoric dolmens) in Pontremoli, or the ethnographic museum in Villafranca. For sea enthusiasts, you can reach easily Lerici, Portovenere and the Cinque Terre. For hiking enthusiasts, we are at the border with the Appennino Tosco-Emiliano National Park, verdant with wild landscapes and uncontaminated mountain lakes.
