The Blue Apartment is located on the hills overlooking Lake Garda in the village of Marciaga just 3 kilometers from the beaches and the town of Garda, and a short distance from the famous Cà Degli Ulivi Golf Club. The apartment is part of a small condominium consisting of three independent housing units with different characteristics and all intended for tourist use.
The Blu apartment is on the first floor, tastefully furnished and can accommodate 2 guests in one bedroom
A comfortable room with kitchen area and a bathroom with shower complete the description of the structure.
From the living room and bedroom there is direct access to a large and sunny balcony equipped with a table for dining and sun loungers and from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding hills. Pertaining to the apartment there is also a private garden with a large BBQ and additional sun loungers
Private parking is provided in the courtyard of the structure for one car.
For families or larger groups there is also the possibility of renting together - if available - the Orange and Red apartments, bringing the total accommodation capacity to 12 guests
