The apartment is located on the first floor, which can be reached on foot, and opens onto the bright living room furnished with a double sofa bed, an armchair, a TV, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, kettle, microwave and American coffee machine. From here you can access the balcony, furnished with a table and two chairs, ideal for relaxing in the fresh air. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, the first of which is furnished with a comfortable double bed, while the second, which has access to the balcony, is furnished with a bunk bed and a single bed. A bathroom with shower completes the furnishings. Amenities such as independent heating for colder days, free Wi-Fi and fans in the bedrooms and living room are available to guests. The shared swimming pool is available from June 1st to September 15th. Guests have access to a public parking space in front of the building. There are other apartments in the same building.
