Villa with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with private pool and wonderful lake view, located in Gardone Riviera, very close to the lake and the beach. Villa Mariavittoria, equipped with free Wi-Fi, welcomes its guests in a spacious and bright living area furnished with a comfortable sofa and fireplace, a dining table with chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, juicer, American coffee machine and toaster. The living area has access to a toilet. On the ground floor there is the large and elegant master bedroom, furnished with a double bed, desk and wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning and a double bed, one of which with en-suite bathroom with shower. From one of the two bedrooms, a door leads to a bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe, ideal for couples with children. Another bathroom with shower completes the floor. The private outdoor area of the villa is full of amenities that guarantee guests wonderful relaxing moments during the summer: the private pool, a 6,000 sqm garden with flowers and plants and a barbecue area. Guests also have the opportunity to eat in the shade of the gazebo in the garden, equipped with a table to enjoy delicious meals outdoors. *The pool is available from May 15th to September 30th. Guests can conveniently park their car in the villa's private garage.
