independent holiday home of about 60 square meters on the first floor of an old renovated farmhouse just 50 meters from the beach with 6 total sleeping accommodations (4 in standard beds and 2 in a sofa bed) it consists of living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower. Outdoor area with equipped gazebo, as well as a common courtyard and parking space. The rooms also enjoy a beautiful sea view. Living area The large living area with double sofa bed, dining table for 6 people, wooden kitchen complete with 4-burner hob, sink, refrigerator, freezer, pots and pans Sleeping area 1 service bathroom with sink, shower and toilet 1 double bedroom (160 x 190 cm.) 1 bedroom with two beds (90 x 190 cm.) Giannella Holiday Apartment is an independent holiday home part of an old Tuscan farmhouse that offers 4 apartments in total. The Casale is an ancient and characteristic Maremma architecture, unique of its kind due to its location directly on the beach, which is particularly quiet. Immersed in a large shaded outdoor area, which leads directly to the free Giannella beach, it is divided into 4 apartments, two on each floor. Giannella Holiday Apartment is located on the first floor of the cottage, without elevator, and can accommodate 4 people plus 2 extra in sofa bed. The house is located outside the built-up area, therefore it is necessary to use a car to get around.
