It is located about 900 metres from the centre of Camaiore, on the very first hills, in a private lane and is surrounded by greenery with a view of the town. It has private parking for 4/5 cars in its own olive grove. The house, which is very large, consists of two parts, on one side the owners live and on the other, with a private garden, there is Casa Luigi. The garden, over 1000sqm in size, has a private swimming pool (8 x 4 metres, 1.4m deep, with waterfall and purified with salt), a tennis table, gazebo, relaxation areas and barbecue. The house has wifi internet. Only one small pet allowed at the price of 50€.
