This accommodation is a typical old, stone house located on the countryside, covered by century-old trees and vineyards. Pets and animals are welcome: since the owner is a veterinary, she is able to offer veterinary assistance, if needed. As the farm is located in a rural area, loose cats and dogs are commonly found on the premises along with other species of wild animals (like foxes, hares etc.). So, this property will suit perfectly those who are fond of nature and countryside. Guests have at their full disposal a beautiful in-ground swimming pool (12 x 6m, deep 1,50-2,50) set in panoramic position. Moreover, the property allows quick and easy access to the famous Tuscan art cities with their rich history and century old traditions such as nearby Lucca 5km, Pisa 14 km and the coast 15 km. Parking within the grounds. The particularly favourable climate, given to the proximity to the sea, makes a stay at Le Piane ideal all year round. Upon request, it is possible to go sea fishing on a boat and/or to take diving courses in the swimming pool. Ground floor: living room kitchen area with dining table, 1 double bed sofa, kitchen angle with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker, SAT-TV, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, washing machine. 1st floor: mezzanine with 1 double bed, exit onto a terrace equipped with a table and chairs. The owners live on the back-side of the holiday home Le Piane; with a separate entrance and they dispose of their private outdoor area. Within a not asphalted road, about 600m, easily accessible, you may reach the holiday home.
