CASA ETTORE is an exceptional 3 bedroom apartment located on the first floor of a Palazzo inside the Walls of Lucca, just a 1 min walk from Piazza San Michele. The private residence offers ample living areas for savouring private time among family and friends, along with a Hammam/Steam Bath for serene relaxation between forays on the town.
The apartment's design and décor blend a vibrant contemporary chic with beautiful remnants of its antique past, visible in the exposed wood ceilings and beautiful stone antiquities. Inside, the main salon features colourful and comfortable sofas under whitewashed wood ceilings, while the luminous, fully equipped kitchen serves a dining room for six. A faux fireplace, 4 Televisions with Netflix channels, a high speed Wifi and air conditioning are among the apartment's contemporary comforts.
There are 3 master bedrooms with king size beds and 3 ensuite bathrooms. One of the master bedrooms has a steam bath in its ensuite bathroom and it opens onto the terrace. The 3 rooms enjoy ensuite bathrooms accoutred with bathrobes, quality towels and toiletries.
CASA ETTORE’s prime location balances privileged access to many sights due to its central location half block away from the main square of the town. Public transportation is easily reachable in a 5-10 mins walk away (both train station and bus station) which makes it very easy to have daily trips to the major places of interest like: CINQUE TERRE, PISA, FLORENCE, PISTOIA, MONTECARLO, SIENA, VIAREGGIO, FORTE DEI MARMI, LIVORNO, MONTECATINI TERME, SAN GIMIGNANO, VOLTERRA, BARGA and GARFAGANANA.

The rental property is located within the ZTL area (Limited Traffic Area, accessible only by permanent residents and people with special permission) and does not offer on-site parking.

The closest Parking Cittadella is located in a walking distance from the rental property, so leaving the car there prior reaching the apartment is essential. By following the road signs you will be able to avoid the ZTL area while driving to the parking.
We kindly inform all guests that the rental property is self catering so hotel-like services are excluded by law (reception, surveillance of the accommodation, provision of meals and drinks, daily cleaning and linen change, transfers). For such reason any additional service can be provided on request and with the collaboration of external qualified partners and charged accordingly.

* If you have a late arrival, make sure to inform us ahead of time. You can experience the flexibility of a late check-in, available until midnight for a surcharge of 50 euros payable in cash upon arrival. For those enchanted by the allure of Lucca after midnight, a check-in option is also offered with a surcharge of 100 euros.

Please note that for reservations longer than 13 nights there is a mandatory fee every week for cleaning and change of towels and linen of 90 euros each to be paid when making the reservation.
