The apartment is located on the ground floor and opens onto the bright living room furnished with comfortable sofas, a TV on a cabinet, a dining table and a chest of drawers. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, an oven and an American coffee machine. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, the first of which has two single beds, the second with a double sofa bed and the third with a queen-size bed, a large closet and a private bathroom with shower. The second and third bedrooms overlook the terrace, equipped with comfortable armchairs, deck chairs and a parasol to enjoy the fresh air on summer evenings. A bathroom with shower completes the furnishings. Guests have access to air conditioning throughout the property, independent heating for colder days, free Wi-Fi and a washing machine. *The condominium is accessible from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. *Guests can check in independently using a key box at the entrance. Guests have access to a garage inside the building and an outdoor parking space in front of the house. The communal swimming pool is open from June 1st to September 15th. A swimming cap may be required.
