The house is in a panoramic position above the bay of Manerba del Garda, in the centre of the town, near services such as bakery, a butcher shop, supermarket, and news-stand. It has a kidney-shaped swimming pool (open from May to September) with loungers, a sun terrace and a small lawn with beach chairs. Outdoor Bar by the pool (open from May to September) is open daily from 18.30 pm and is accessible to the general public. The Residence include a private parking lot unguarded. The apartment is at first floor for a max of 4 persons with Sat TV LED FLAT 32, heating and a safe. There is a living room with pull-out beds for 2 persons, kitchen, lake view terrace with table and chairs, a separate bedroom for 2 persons, shower/WC and Air conditioning (extra).
