The house is in a panoramic position above the bay of Manerba del Garda, in the centre of the town, near services such as bakery, a butcher shop, supermarket, and news-stand. It has a kidney-shaped swimming pool (open from May to September) with loungers, a sun terrace and a small lawn with beach chairs. Outdoor Bar by the pool (open from May to September) is open daily from 18.30 pm and is accessible to the general public. The Residence includes a bar (open from May to September) with lakeview terrace and a private parking lot unguarded. The apartment is at the first floor for a max of 3 persons and is on front street with lake view balcony , Sat TV LED FLAT 32, heating and a safe. There is a living room with pull-out bed for 1 person, kitchen, a separate bedroom for 2 persons, Jacuzzi with shower, WC, bidet and air conditioning (extra).
