The apartment consists of a large air-conditioned living area with lake view, equipped with two comfortable sofas, dining table with chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, juicer, american coffee machine and toaster.
The living room overlooks the beautiful sun-covered patio and garden from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake; the patio is equipped with a dining table and outdoor chairs. The apartment continues with the double bedroom, the second bedroom with 2 bunk beds and the bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine.
Guests can benefit from amenities such as private parking, Wi-Fi and swimming pool.

The town of Manerba is surrounded by the green of Valtenesi hills and in the hinterland agricultural estates offer tastings of Garda olive oil and D.O.C. wines, experiences of horse riding, local trattorias and splendid golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily reachable by bus and well connected to the main attractions. The residential area is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake and place to take pleasant walks through the Natural Park, where it is possible to see a large part of Lake Garda and some of its islands.
The apartment is about 20 minutes by car from the Desenzano train station and about 40 minutes from the airport.
