Apartment with balcony inside the residential complex with shared pool, in a very quiet area and very close to the lake, in Manerba del Garda.

The apartment, located on the first floor, opens onto the living room furnished with a double sofa bed, a flat-screen tv, a dining table with chairs. In the same room there is a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, also fitted with a microwave, an oven, an electric kettle, a toaster and an American coffee machine. The living room leads to the private covered terrace, provided with a dining table with chairs for outdoor breakfasts with a nice view of the greenery, the pool and the lake in the distance.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: the first one comes with a comfortable queen size bed and a wardrobe, while the latter is equipped with a bunk bed and a wardrobe. Finally, a full bathroom with shower and a washing machine completes the apartment.

*The pool is available from May 15th to September 30th. Swimming cap is required.
A private parking space is available to guests.
A baby cot and a high chair can be installed upon request with a small extra cost.
*Air conditioning is provided only in the living room, while the bedrooms have fans.

The town of Manerba is surrounded by the green of the hills of Valtenesi, and in the hinterland agricultural estates offer tasting of Garda oil and D.O.C wines, experiences of horse riding, local trattorias and splendid golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily reachable by bus, and well connected to the main attractions. The residential area is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake, and destination of a pleasant walk through the Natural Park, where it is possible to see a large part of Lake Garda and some of its islands.

The airport of Verona can be reached with a 45-minute drive.
