Apartment with private balcony, inside the prestigious residential complex "Montecolo Resort" with a large park with swimming pools and equipment suitable for families and children, in Manerba del Garda.

The apartment with exposed wooden beams, equipped with free Wi-Fi internet connection and air conditioning throughout the accommodation, opens onto the bright living room with a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a table with chairs and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, also fitted with an induction hob, an oven, an American coffee machine, a microwave, a dishwasher, an electric kettle and a toaster. From the living room guests have access to the private terrace equipped with table and chairs, ideal for meals in the open air from which they can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake and the pool! The apartment continues with the master bedroom equipped with a comfortable queen size bed and a wardrobe, from which guests can access the private lake view balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds with wardrobe, while the third bedroom has a single bed with wardrobe. A full bathroom with shower and washing machine completes the apartment.

*Guests can easily park their car in the private covered parking space inside the residential complex (measurements: 5 x 2.40m height 2.30m).
The swimming pool enjoys a beautiful view of the lake and can be used from the 15th of June to the 15th of September. Swimming caps are required.
For a small extra charge, we can provide a baby cot and child seat.

The swimming pool area is divided into 3 areas: adults' area (25x18m), children's area and jacuzzi area; the complex is completed by a large park of 40,000 metres, children's playground, football pitch, beach tennis, bar, games room and meeting room.

Located just 150 meters from the harbor of Porto Dusano, the lakeside setting provides a truly picturesque backdrop for your Lake Garda stay.

The town of Manerba is surrounded by the green of Valtenesi hills and in the hinterland agricultural estates offer tastings of Garda olive oil and D.O.C. wines, experiences of horse riding, local trattorias and splendid golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily reachable by bus and well connected to the main attractions. The residential area is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake and place to take pleasant walks through the Natural Park, where it is possible to see a large part of Lake Garda and some of its islands.

Verona airport can easily be reached in 45 minutes by car from Montecolo Resort.
