Modern apartment with a large terrace and magnificent view of the lake, in Manerba del Garda.

The apartment, located on the ground floor, opens onto the bright living room that features comfortable sofas, a TV set on a cabinet, a dining table and a dresser. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, oven and American coffee maker. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, the first equipped with two single beds, the second with a double sofa bed and the third with a queen-size bed, large closet and ensuite bathroom with shower. The second and third bedrooms overlook the terrace furnished with comfortable armchairs, deck chairs and umbrella, perfect for enjoying the open air on summer evenings. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
Guests will have air conditioning throughout the apartment, independent heating for colder days, free wi-fi and a washing machine.

*The residential complex is accessible from 8:30 am until 11:00 pm.

*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.

*Guests will collect the keys at the Welcome Point in Località Rovere 2, Desenzano del Garda, 25015.

Guests will benefit from a garage inside the building and an outdoor parking slot in front of the property.

Guests will benefit from: 4 communal swimming pools for which swimming caps are required, available from the 8th of June to the 15th of September (one Olympic, one panoramic and two for children), 4 tennis courts, a mini golf course, a soccer and basketball court, a bocce court, a ping pong table and a children's play area. There are also two bars, a pizzeria, a restaurant open from mid-June to mid-September and a shared barbecue area.

The town of Manerba is surrounded by the green of Valtenesi hills and in the hinterland agricultural estates offer tastings of Garda olive oil and D.O.C. wines, experiences of horse riding, local trattorias and splendid golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily reachable by bus and well connected to the main attractions. The residential area is protected by the Rocca di Manerba located on a hill overlooking the lake, where you can take pleasant walks through the The Rocca and Sasso Natural Reserve, from where it is possible to see a large part of Lake Garda and some of its islands.

The apartment is located 14 km from the Desenzano railway station and about 50 km from Verona airport.
