Bright and comfortable apartment in the prestigious Montecolo Resort in Manerba del Garda, perfect for a family vacation.

The semi-detached house is on the ground floor and is accessible through a French-door from the private porch, which opens directly onto the living area furnished with two double sofa beds, a dining table, a TV and a kitchen equipped with amenities including a dishwasher, an oven and a coffee machine. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one equipped with a queen-size bed, large closets and access to the back garden, and one with a bunk bed and closet. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Free wifi, washing machine, air conditioning and heat pump heating will be available in the accommodation.

A highlight of the facility is definitely the large shared outdoor spaces. The Residence's swimming pool enjoys a beautiful view of the lake and can be used from June 15 to September 15. The pool area is divided into 3 areas: adult area (25x18m), children's area, and jacuzzi area; swimming caps may be required. Complementing the facility is a children's playground, soccer field, beach tennis, bar, game room, and meeting room within the spacious 40,000-meter park.

Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the residential complex.

To reach the apartment there are about 20 external steps in the structure.

The town of Manerba is nestled in the green hills of Valtenesi, and inland farms offer tastings of Garda olive oil and D.O.C. wines, horseback riding experiences, local trattorias, and beautiful golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campgrounds and resorts, easily reached by bus, and well connected to major attractions. The residential core is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake, a destination for pleasant walks within the Riserva Naturale Orientata della Rocca e del Sasso, from where it is possible to see much of Lake Garda and some of its islands.

The apartment is a 25-minute drive from Desenzano train station and less than 50 km from Verona airport.
