Spacious and bright apartment with terrace, located on the second floor of a building within the elegant "Borgo del Torchio" complex.
The accommodation opens onto the living area furnished with dining table, Smart TV, armchair, double sofa bed and kitchen, open kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, kettle and dishwasher. The living room leads to the private terrace overlooking the residence's pools, sofa, outdoor table and chairs.
The apartment continues with the sleeping area consisting of the master bedroom, with exposed wooden beams, equipped with a queen-size bed and closet. The second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed and two single pull-out beds.
A bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet completes the layout.
Free wifi, washing machine, iron and ironing board are available to guests.
The resort is differentiated by its completeness in services; in fact, it consists of three swimming pools for adults with waterfalls and a large jacuzzi, a pool suitable for children, three tennis courts that can also be used to play soccer, kiosk, concierge and surveillance.
*Pools are available from June 1 to September 30. Use of swimming caps is required.
*Guests can conveniently park their cars in the private garage inside Borgo del Torchio; additional cars can be parked in public parking spaces outside the resort.

The town of Manerba is nestled in the green hills of Valtenesi, and inland farms offer tastings of Garda olive oil and D.O.C. wines, horseback riding experiences, local trattorias, and beautiful golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campgrounds and resorts, easily reached by bus, and well connected to major attractions. The residential core is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake, a destination for pleasant walks within the Riserva Naturale Orientata della Rocca e del Sasso, from where it is possible to see most of Lake Garda and some of its islands.
The apartment is easily accessible from nearby Villafranca Airport in Verona, which is only a 45-minute drive away.
