In the large garden, you will find a delightful annex with bedroom and private bathroom, ideal for guests. The property is semi-detached, as it is part of a large building, but access to the property is guaranteed by an automatic gate and includes private parking. The large and well-kept private garden is adorned with classic Impruneta tiles and features a semi-inground swimming pool, complete with sunbathing area, gazebo, tables, chairs and outdoor armchairs.
