Surrounded by the hills of Valtenesi, the Villa has a splendid outdoor area with swimming pool and private garden.

At the entrance the villa welcomes the guest with a large living room with exposed beams, a sofa and a flat screen TV, fireplace, dining table a fully equipped open kitchen with fridge, oven, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle , squeezer citrus fruits, american coffee machine and toaster.
The ground floor is completed with a double bedroom with wardrobe and a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a private bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
The Villa expresses its potential both in summer season, thanks to the large swimming pool and air conditioning in every room of the house, and in winter thanks to heating and fireplace. Villa Marina also offers a Wi-Fi internet connection. Upstairs, accessible by a marble staircase, there's the master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and private bathroom with whirlpool tub, shower, sink, toilet and bidet; and the second double bedroom with a double bed, overlooking the terrace. In the basement, an open-space tavern with a double sofa bed for 2 people and a bathroom with shower complete with sink and toilet.

*The swimming pool is open from the 1st of May until the 30th of September.

*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.

*Guests will collect the keys at the Welcome Point in LocalitĂ  Rovere 2, Desenzano del Garda, 25015.

Moniga del Garda is a welcoming tourist town in the province of Brescia, on the shore of Lake Garda. The ancient historic center preserves the rustic aspect of the village and its narrow alleys, on which flowered balconies overlook. In the locality "Pozzo", it is possible to admire glimpses of the lake and architectural details. The famous beaches of Moniga offer long walks overlooking the crystal clear waters of the lake and numerous typical restaurants, as well as the cycle paths that connect the city to Salò and Lonate. The historic center is also home to numerous churches in Baroque style, such as the church of San Martino, where it is possible to visit its large and colorful stained glass windows. Near the church, at the entrance of the town, there is the castle of Moniga with white stone walls built in the 10th century which is worth a visit.

Verona airport is only 45 minutes away by car.
