It is a very comfortable apartment with two bedrooms, bathroom, living room-kitchen. It is located in the ancient farmhouse on the ground floor, an enchanting farmhouse in the splendid Tuscan countryside. During the restoration, the old tuff and typical brick walls were maintained. Like all our apartments it has its own paved terrace in the garden. The apartments are equipped with linen, crockery and pans, dishwasher and fridge It is immersed in the greenery and quiet of a large sunny and well-kept garden full of olive trees, fruit trees and aromatic plants, surrounded by beautiful hills and located in a unique context of infinite peace and tranquility. The outdoor spaces and the swimming pool are equipped with comfortable garden furniture to spend peaceful moments in the open air. The estate is completely fenced to guarantee privacy for guests and has a swimming pool with hydromassage, five-a-side football pitch, giant chess, playground and ping pong. Located in the heart of Tuscany, it is a privileged starting point for visiting the most beautiful cities of art such as Florence, Siena and Pisa, San Gimignano and Volterra. "This was the ancient room for the shelter and repair of wagons. It is a romantic little house with a bedroom, bathroom, living room, separate kitchen with dishwasher and a splendid terrace overlooking Montaione and the Evola valley. The walls were kept in tuff and brick which give a unique softness of color. It is equipped with linens, pots and pans.
