Description
It is the biggest and most comfortable house in La Valle. It takes up all the first floor of the building that includes also the apartment Raffaello end the reception. The surface is 120 m2 and the house is equipped for 6+2 people: 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with bath-tub and the other one with shower. The kitchen is well equipped with kitchenware and electric household applicances: dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric oven, cooker with 4 burners, electric coffee-maker, moka. There is a big living-room area with a fireplace perfectly integrated into the architectural structure and a day bed for 2 people (without additional charge).
The house has a big , private garden furnished with chairs, deckchairs, beach umbrellas and tables for dinner, lunch or simply for your relaxation.
Inside the house you find TV 22" with digital Sat and telephone (you can call and be called directly).
