Surrounded by olive trees and age-old cypress trees, the villa enjoys, from its unique hilltop position, a 360° breathtaking view over its Tuscan surroundings. Originally built in the 11th century, the villa has undergone extensive and meticulous restoration. The villa consists of two separate flats, which are connected by a communicating door. At guests’ disposal a swimming pool (8X3, up to 1.40 m deep, open from May to September) next to the villa’s outdoor terrace, with hydromassage jets, and a spacious independent garden. The villa is on two floors and is furnished in the typical Tuscan style, dotted with exceptional objets d’art, such as fine paintings, ceramics coming from Montelupo and typical ornaments. On the ground floor there are two large living rooms, a wonderful kitchen, fully equipped, with beautiful arched windows providing a spectacular view over the valley, a toilet, a spacious double bedroom, a bathroom with a large shower, a master bedroom with queen size bed, a separate dressing room, and a large en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as a studio with a large single bed.
