A peaceful place in which a family or group of friends can feel at home: this accommodation, part of a complex with shared pool and green areas, is ideal for 6 people and offers a sublime setting for happy stays on the Lake Garda.

The apartment, with free Wi-Fi, is composed of a spacious living room with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, dining table with chairs, fully equipped modern kitchen with cooker hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, orange juicer, coffee machine and toaster.
The living room overlooks the covered patio equipped with dining table and chairs for breakfasts and dinners for 6 people with a nice view over the garden the apartment enjoys also a private garden with artificial grass, which can be perfect for pets!
The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and wardrobe.
Guests can benefit from the bathroom with shower, wash basin, bidet and WC.
Through an internal staircase guests can reach the lower floor composed of a spacious game room equipped with a pool table and fireplace. Also a big table for dinner with friends and a small bathroom with wash basin, shower and WC complete the lower floor.

Guests can benefit from a private parking space close to the building.
The communal swimming pool, located 80 m away from the apartment and accessible from Via Adige, is open from the 1st of June until the 30th of September.

Padenghe is a town on the Brescia side of Lake Garda, surrounded by the green of the morainic hills. This land is the production area of the most important D.O.C. wine from the province of Brescia: the "Garda Classico". The castle of Padenghe sul Garda hosts theatrical companies for interesting evenings, musical groups, historical and folkloristic reenactments that fill delightful evenings after a day spent on the boat or on the beach. This area of Lake Garda also offers many night clubs for the youngest.
There are also long walks, cycle paths, fields, a rich program of events and golden beaches to be enjoyed during the summer season. However, the beaches of Padenghe sul Garda are beautiful in every season, as is the mysterious and romantic old town.

The apartment is 10 minutes by car from the Desenzano train station and about 30 minutes from the airport.
