Charming villetta with lake-view terrace, inside a residential complex with communal swimming pool, tennis court and pier with direct access to the lake and the beach, in a 5,000-square-meter park planted with centuries-old olive trees, in Padenghe sul Garda.
The villetta opens onto a large and bright living room equipped with a comfortable and spacious sofa, dining table, TV and well-equipped open kitchen, also complete with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, juicer, American coffee machine and toaster. The living room leads to the private terrace furnished with a dining table for enjoying outdoor meals with a lake view.
The ground floor is completed by a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a single bed, closet and fan. There is also a storage room with a washing machine and iron.
Through a staircase, it is possible to access the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the second has a bunk bed. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, closet and window overlooking the private garden. Completing the villetta is a private garden and an additional dining area equipped with a table and chairs and a barbecue for preparing delicious meals to enjoy outdoors.
Guests will benefit from amenities such as air conditioning in some bedrooms, independent heating for colder days, and free Wi-Fi.
Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property.
The shared swimming pool is open from the 10th of June to the 30th of September. A swimming cap could be required.
