Villa with lake-view terrace inside an elegant residence with swimming pool, tennis court and pier with direct access to the lake and beach, in a 5,000-square-meter park planted with centuries-old olive trees, in Padenghe sul Garda.

This beautiful cottage opens onto the bright living room equipped with comfortable sofas, flat-screen TV and fireplace. The living room leads to the private terrace with a wonderful lake view, furnished with a dining table perfect for outdoor meals.
The living area continues with the kitchen equipped with microwave, electric kettle, juicer, toaster and washing machine. The ground floor is completed by a bathroom with a bathtub, sink, toilet, and bidet and a bedroom with a queen-size bed, fan, and large closet. The private terrace with lake view can also be accessed from this room. The apartment continues upstairs with the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet. The first bedroom has two single beds while the second consists of a comfortable single sofa bed. Both rooms benefit from the air conditioner in the hallway. Outside, at the back of the apartment, guests can benefit from a small private garden and a porch with table and chairs.

*Guests can enjoy uncovered parking inside (measures 4 x 5 m).
*The residence benefits from direct entrances to the lake, beach and lakefront.
*The pool can be used from June 10 to September 30. Use of swimming cap is required.

*Guests will collect the keys at the Welcome Point in Località Rovere 2, Desenzano del Garda, 25015.

Padenghe is a small town on the Brescia side of Lake Garda, nestled in the green moraine hills. This land forms the production area of the most important D.O.C. wine in the province of Brescia: “Garda Classico.” The Castle of Padenghe sul Garda, hosts theater companies for interesting evenings, musical groups, and historical and folklore reenactments that fill the sweet evenings after a day spent boating or on the beaches. This area of Lake Garda also offers many nightclubs for younger people. There is also no shortage of long walks, bike paths, fields, a rich schedule of events, and golden beaches to enjoy during the summer season. The beaches of Padenghe sul Garda are beautiful in every season, as is the mysterious and romantic historic center.

The apartment is easily accessible from the nearby Verona airport, which is only a 40-minute drive away.
