See you in Tuscany We offer our guests a friendly and warm welcome in Palaia, a Tuscan medieval village, in an apartment on the first floor served by a stone staircase to the exclusive use of the apartment.
The apartment is very intimate, independent, tastefully and fully furnished with antique furniture and accessories, it is composed of 4 rooms, all on one floor:
- 1 kitchen / living room complete with 4 gas burners - electric oven - microwave - sink with hot - kettle - toaster - Italian coffee maker - refrigerator - freezer etc. – Satellite-TV, DVD-player, internet point place, sofa and a lovely wood-burning fireplace;
- 2 large double bedrooms
- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds
- 1 luxuriously equipped bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi hydro-massage bath;
The apartment is equipped for your relax and your well-being with air conditioning and an outdoor space (terrace for exclusive use) with table and parasol, mobile barbecue and nightlights, also 1 laundry in a separate room directly under the kitchen.
There is ample parking at 100 m and the distance to the centre and the shops is less than 100 m.
You are close to all kinds of shops: bar, pub, tobacco, Haberdashers Bazaar, grocery stores, pizzerias and restaurants. SMA supermarket only 7.5 km away.
For guests there are mountain bikes to move independently and nearby golf, tennis, horseback riding, tennis / Micro light flying school and swimming pool.
The location of the holiday apartment La Rocca is an ideal base for excursions into the heart of Tuscany, close to the cities that have made history (Pisa 39 km - Florence 57 Km - Lucca 42 km - Siena 73 km - 35 km Volterra and San Gimignano 36 km) all only 1 hours drive away.
The beach is only 45-50 kilometres away and can be reached by car in 40-45 minutes
