Die gepflegte Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Annex eines renovierten Bauernhauses, das permanent von Schweizern bewohnt ist. Das Haus liegt in einem rund 10'000m2 grossen, vollständig umzäunten parkartigen Garten mit eigener Zufahrt und privatem Parkplatz. Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über zwei Aussen-Sitzplätze (Morgen- oder Abendsonne). In ca. 20 Metern Abstand des einen Sitzplatzes befindet sich ein Infinity-Pool mit Dimension 16x6 Meter, der vollständig in Travertin-Stein gebaut ist. Wassertiefe graduell von 0.8 bis 1.5 Meter. Aus dem Pool bietet sich ein wunderschöner Blick auf den toskanischen Garten. Auf dem Gelände leben auch mehr als 20 Hühner und ein sehr gut erzogener, kinderfreundlicher Wachhund.

Die nahegelegenen Dörfer Pergine und Ponticino bieten Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Pergine liegt optimal für Auflüge in viele attraktive Orte im Dreieck Arezzo-Siena-Florenz. Die in 20 Minuten erreichbare mittelalterliche Stadt Arezzo hat viele  gute Läden (Fussgängerzone) und eine grosse Auswahl an Restaurants.
